An order is placed when you confirm you want to buy the product (checkout, through process of pressing add to cart and buy) on the condition of payment immediately and successfully being made to the amount of the displayed total required in full  for a contract to be confirmed (your order to be confirmed and dispatched).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources or content - items are potentially sharp and or dangerous due to their antique or vintage nature (e.g. broken glass sharps hazard) and so caution should be taken in handling both product and packaging.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Claims made; Carbon responsible products are on the basis we dont contribute to additional manufacturing, the products are sourced having previous owners hence antique and vintage. The policy - reduce, reuse, recycle throughout all relevant practices is on the basis we reuse packaging and materials where applicable and safe, reduce potential 'office' waste and recycle responsibly including limiting any plastics to a minimum, recycling encouraged and undertaken.

Returns Policy:

We believe all items on the website are accurately described and we take great care with each item. If you decide that you would like to return an item, we urge you to contact us first to see if we are able to find a solution to the problem. If, after speaking to us you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, you can refer to standard consumer rights.

Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service (In the case of any error on our behalf we will cover the cost of return shipping). Do not send the item through normal post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We recommend all returned items to be sent via  Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery with cover for the item value in case the item is lost. 

*If items are damaged or altered in any way they will not be accepted for a refund.*

Condition:

Since all items sourced are pre-owned, there may be scratches or signs of wear/use, all items are carefully described,  please note pictures form part of the description. On each individual item there will be a description of condition. We do not sell anything we believe to be below moderate condition.

Packaging:

We send all items  packaged carefully and where described items such as jewellery may include a jewellery box. Occasionally, we have the original box the item came in, a designer box to match the item or a one-off antique/vintage box. If the item comes in one of these boxes it will be explicitly stated in the product description, please note condition may vary on original boxes.
